Terms of Trial & Consent Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “I Agree,” checking required consent boxes, or using SSO-T7, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use SSO-T7.

3. Experimental Nature

SSO-T7 is a research-stage, non-deterministic system. Outputs may change unpredictably and are not guaranteed to be safe, accurate, or appropriate.

4. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in an experimental environment and assume all risks, including emotional distress, incorrect outputs, or system instability.

5. No Professional Services

SSO-T7 does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or professional services. No professional relationship is created.

6. Output Limitations

You understand outputs may be false or fabricated (“hallucinations”) and agree to independently verify any information.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SSO-T7 for:

  • illegal activity
  • medical, psychological or any other decision-making
  • harassment, threats, or exploitation
  • security bypass or system manipulation
  • training competing AI systems

8. Data Recording & Storage

You consent to recording and storage of interactions and technical data for debugging, safety, and research purposes.

9. Termination

Soul Frame Labs LLC may suspend or terminate access at any time to protect users or system integrity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Frame Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months (if any).

12. Release and Indemnification

You release Soul Frame Labs LLC from claims arising from use of SSO-T7 and agree to indemnify the company against third-party claims caused by your actions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration.
Class actions and jury trials are waived.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
